PETER REAR: LMPA, BSc (Hons)

Cited as one of the “Digital Pioneers” in the December edition of Professional Photographer Magazine 2003, Peter was one of the new-breed photographers as the marketplace changed dramatically. Innovation flooded the industry and styles changed from traditional to contemporary in the shift to digital technology.

Creativity has always been the core to Peter's work and quick recognition of his talent led him to commissions across the world from the start of his career. To date Peter has photographed high profile weddings and events in over 15 countries including Dubai, Kuwait, Egypt, Dominican Republic, Hong Kong, Japan, Brazil, Mexico, New York and Barcelona.

 

 

 

Setting up the company at the age of 22 whilst he was at UCL University, PR Photography soon became one of the busiest wedding & event photography studios in London in just a few years.

Two years ago Peter set up PR Imaging International, which has quickly grown to be one of the major players in the industry, supplying high-end photobook albums and post production services for photographers. At the age of 28 he is one of the youngest figure heads in photography.

Hosted by Professional Photographer Magazine, Peter can be found amongst several industry greats, on the judging panel for the Photographer of the Year Awards 2009.
